Steadier Releases With Fewer Systems — How Dynamech Rebuilt Its Engineering Setup

Industry: Software Development | Employees: 11–50 | Use case: Unified engineering delivery

Dynamech builds the commerce and warehouse platform that auto parts sellers run their orders through, and its engineering organization used to split that work across Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, and status updates written by hand. Head of Engineering & Platform Delivery Arturs Korotkovs moved the full software lifecycle into one ClickUp workspace, where custom fields, dashboards, documents, automations, and multiple views keep engineering, product, business, and operations reading the same live picture.

AT A GLANCE

How Dynamech reports progress without rebuilding it

Dynamech builds the platform auto parts sellers push their orders and warehouse work through, which makes its own release discipline a customer-facing asset. The engineering organization plans roadmaps, breaks initiatives into epics and features, ships releases, and runs operational support inside one ClickUp workspace. Dashboards carry progress, risk, and team capacity, so status arrives as a live read rather than a weekly reconstruction.

Before ClickUp : Two systems, and a picture someone had to assemble

Until recently, Dynamech carried its delivery model across Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, and status updates written by hand. Tickets lived in one system, architecture decisions in another, and neither knew about the other. Automations were thin, shared workflows thinner, and the bill for an enterprise setup kept arriving for tooling heavier than the job. When a stakeholder asked where a release stood, someone stopped building to go and find out.

After ClickUp : One workspace from roadmap to release to support

Dashboards show progress, risk, and capacity in real time. Dynamech moved from Jira and Confluence to one ClickUp workspace, where initiatives break into epics, features, and tasks with owners, dependencies, priorities, and milestones. Documents sit beside the work, so requirements and architecture decisions stay attached to the tasks that carry them out. Custom fields, automations, and List, Board, Timeline, and Workload views let each team work its own way.

Q: What's something your team built in ClickUp that you're secretly proud of?

A: "We built a complete Engineering Operating System inside ClickUp. Development workflows, operational support, and executive reporting all connect through one workspace. What started as a project management tool became the operational backbone of our engineering organization."

About Dynamech

Dynamech is a Riga-based software company, founded in 2023, that builds a commerce and operations platform made specifically for auto parts businesses. Its modules cover order and request management for B2B and B2C sellers, warehouse acceptance, packing and sorting, supplier management, CRM, accounting, and analytics in one product. The platform is built for sellers who need real-time availability, delivery times, and minimum order quantities in front of their customers instead of buried in email threads.
